For years, the only crunchy butter with salt crystals (as opposed to salted butter) were the supermarket's own luxury brands... Asda 'Extra Special' and Sainsbury's 'Taste the Difference'. They were sometimes hard to find... would go missing from the shops for months and then re-appear. But now Lurpak is doing it too, so.. yay!
I have never heard of this! But it sounds heavenly.
