When we cleared out Howard's old room (where he lived since birth, apart from 14 years working away) we found the equivalent of 2 carrier bags full of loose change... in jars, souvenir tankards, pockets, and just lying loose on the carpet. I gathered it all up and took it to the coin counting machine in the supermarket, and walked away with nearly £100 in free money! We had found some earlier, back in December, which we used to supplement our weekend away in London, and that was like £53, so in total, more than £150!
